JOB CONTENT

This role serves as the focal point for contract performance and technical service delivery, focusing on monitoring and improving key deliverables. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the contract, such as personnel, training, budget, logistics, and performance. Works with the Physician Lead and reports to the Contract Delivery Manager (CDM).

Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Management Responsibilities

  • Manage aspects of contract service delivery under the direction of the CDM, and act as the gatekeeper for service delivery and contract performance issues which includes skillset/competencies.
  • Oversight and management of resources and logistics requirements, mobilization, briefing, etc.
  • Manage and monitor personnel, services, and equipment to pre-empt performance issues and provide service improvement recommendations including new/replacement equipment and services.
  • Manage upskilling of knowledge across all staff included within the scope of the contract.  In liaison with the medical team monitor professional CPD for field-staff providing contract services.
  • Assist CDM and ensure ongoing review of service delivery for value assessment.

Own Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report any safety-specific trends within statistics provided by MedDBase eg, an increase in eye incidents
  • Identify opportunities e.g., cost improvements, technology, etc. to improve performance

Responsibilities to client

  • Create and maintain customer-specific performance reports including health statistics to highlight successes and areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with the client and field staff to quickly adapt to ongoing operational requirements.
  • Attend customer business performance review meetings and work to continuously enhance the credibility of the customer service experience including seeking feedback from the business and service users.
  • Collate and provide evidence that the contract is meeting stated KPIs; where this is not the case, liaise with CDM to generate joint customer and supplier improvement initiatives to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Support CDM in contract meetings with contract holders to provide status and progress updates.

Responsibilities to Business

  • Support business by undertaking audits as directed by CDM with respect to all occupational health and hygiene elements as defined in the scope of the contract (not just clinical audits).

Education & Experience

Professional/Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • At least five years of administration experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Proof of Hepatitis B Immunity and COVID vaccination status.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate for remote site work
